PCiRoads is committed to providing a safe working environment for their employees. Throughout the year the PCiRoads safety supervisors organize specialized training days for fall protection, confined space, crane awareness, rigging and lifting, hazardous materials, silica education and more. PCiRoads recognizes and utilizes the value of independent safety consultants from OSHA, insurance companies, and trade organizations to maintain a safe work environment. PCiRoads is a signatory to the trade unions, working with the apprenticeship programs to develop highly skilled and safety conscious employees. PCiRoads encourages employees to continue their education and to utilize the classes and training offered within their trade union.
