Bridge Restoration

Wherever you drive across Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and the Dakotas, you’re likely crossing a bridge repaired by PCiRoads. Our dedicated employees deliver safe, high-quality workmanship with the utmost professionalism.

Our bridge restoration team has refined techniques that effectively extend the life of structures. These include high-density low slump overlays, polymer concrete overlays, concrete surface repair, expansion joint repair, and milling. Central to these methods are innovative high-strength concrete mixes produced by on-site mobile mixers and placed with specialty pavers. Together, these solutions can add 30 years or more to the lifespan of a bridge deck.

Concrete Pavement Repair (CPR)

All pavement, including concrete, deteriorates over time, developing cracks, surface spalling, and joint failures that compromise ride quality and safety. Concrete Pavement Repair (CPR) offers a cost-effective, long-term solution that can extend pavement life by decades.

Concrete Rail / Median Barrier

As one of the premier slip-form contractors in the Midwest, PCiRoads delivers high-quality concrete bridge railing and median barriers in a variety of designs, sizes, and surface finishes. Hundreds of miles of our rail and barrier systems can be found on prominent bridges and interstate highways throughout Minnesota and neighboring states. Common median barrier styles include A, A-A, Step Barrier, and Transition, while concrete bridge railing is available with an optional rock-textured finish.

Our slip-form process, combined with specialized crews and state-of-the-art equipment, ensures a consistently superior and durable product.

Portable Barrier

PCiRoads is the regional leader in the placement of portable barriers. We work with concrete, movable, and steel barriers to meet a wide range of needs, including roadway protection, special events, and crowd control.

With the Midwest’s largest and most experienced fleet, PCiRoads can quickly respond to any situation with efficiency and reliability.

Material Supply

We produce aggregate, crushed rock, and granular material from over 700 acres of mining land in Maple Grove and Elk River, Minnesota and Kingman, Arizona. This allows us to locally supply product to our projects, vertically integrate with our Maple Grove asphalt plant, and also sell rock and asphalt materials to other contractors and public agencies. Our Maple Grove facility also recycles over 150,000 tons of asphalt, concrete, and other rubble each year, extending our natural resources and providing for environmental sustainability.
